How do I submit a report?
Open the app and tap the "+" symbol on the map or use the "Report" tab. Select the type of control, confirm the location, and submit the report.
What is Premium and how does it work?
With Premium you get access to all app features: fuel prices, motorway reports, drive mode view, and an ad-free experience. The subscription costs €4.99 per year with a free 3-day trial. Billing is handled through your Apple App Store account.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
The subscription is managed through your Apple App Store account:
iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Blitzer & Polizeikontrollen → Cancel
I purchased Premium but features are still locked.
Open the app, go to More → Profile and tap "Restore Purchases". If the problem persists, contact our support.
My report doesn't appear on the map.
Reports are reviewed by our system after submission. This may take a few minutes. If your report is not visible after 10 minutes, please contact us.
How do I delete my account?
Send us an email to info@polizei-kontrollen.de with the subject "Delete account" and your username. We will delete your account within 7 business days.
