1. Scope
These Terms of Use apply to the use of the app Blitzer & Polizeikontrollen and the website polizei-kontrollen.de. By using the service, you accept these terms.
2. Description of Service
Blitzer & Polizeikontrollen is a community platform for real-time information about speed cameras and police controls. All reports are submitted by community users and are not guaranteed to be accurate or current.
3. User Account
A user account is required to fully use the service. You are obligated to keep your credentials confidential and notify us immediately if you discover unauthorized use of your account.
4. Premium Subscription
The service offers a paid premium subscription with the following terms:
• Price: €4.99 per year
• Free trial period: 3 days
• After the trial, the subscription automatically renews at the annual price
• Cancellation possible at any time, at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period
• Billing is handled through your Apple App Store account
Subscription management and cancellation is done through your device's Apple ID settings. Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions apply.
5. Community Reports
Users may submit reports about speed cameras and controls. You agree to only report truthful information and not to submit false or misleading reports. We reserve the right to moderate reports and suspend accounts in case of misuse.
6. Disclaimer
All information in the service is provided without warranty. We assume no liability for the accuracy of reports, damages arising from use or non-use of the service, or traffic fines incurred despite using the service.

Information about the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.
8. Contract Formation
Free use of the service begins upon registration of a user account. The premium subscription is concluded exclusively through a purchase via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The respective terms and conditions and right of withdrawal of Apple or Google apply to these purchases – we are not a party to that contractual relationship.
9. Suspension and Termination by the Provider
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete user accounts without prior notice, in particular if:
• False, misleading or malicious reports are submitted
• The comment function is used for insults, spam, hate speech or other abusive content
• These Terms of Use or applicable law are violated
In the event of a suspension, there is no entitlement to a refund of an ongoing premium subscription. Any refunds are governed by the terms of the respective app store provider.
10. Copyright
All content on this website and the app – including design, texts, graphics and software – is protected by copyright and is the property of HostingTime GmbH. Reproduction, distribution or public display of content without express written permission is prohibited.
By submitting reports and comments, the user grants the provider the non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free right to use, display and store this content within the scope of the service.
11. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms of Use is Stuttgart, provided the user is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, or has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time. Registered users will be notified of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
